LATEST PREPRINT On the asymptotics of real solutions for the Painlev'{e} I equationIn this paper, we revisit the asymptotic formulas of real Painlev'e I transcendents as the independent variable tends to negative infinity, which were initially derived by Kapaev with the complex WKB method. Using the Riemann-Hilbert method, we improve the error estimates of the oscillatory type asymptotics and provide precise error estimates of the singular type asymptotics. We also establish the corresponding asymptotics for the associated Hamiltonians of real Painlev'e I transcendents. In addition, two typos in the mentioned asymptotic behaviors in literature are corrected.

TG-LMM: Enhancing Medical Image Segmentation Accuracy through Text-Guided Large Multi-Modal ModelWe propose TG-LMM (Text-Guided Large Multi-Modal Model), a novel approach that leverages textual descriptions of organs to enhance segmentation accuracy in medical images. Existing medical image segmentation methods face several challenges: current medical automatic segmentation models do not effectively utilize prior knowledge, such as descriptions of organ locations; previous text-visual models focus on identifying the target rather than improving the segmentation accuracy; prior models attempt to use prior knowledge to enhance accuracy but do not incorporate pre-trained models. To address these issues, TG-LMM integrates prior knowledge, specifically expert descriptions of the spatial locations of organs, into the segmentation process. Our model utilizes pre-trained image and text encoders to reduce the number of training parameters and accelerate the training process. Additionally, we designed a comprehensive image-text information fusion structure to ensure thorough integration of the two modalities of data. We evaluated TG-LMM on three authoritative medical image datasets, encompassing the segmentation of various parts of the human body. Our method demonstrated superior performance compared to existing approaches, such as MedSAM, SAM and nnUnet.

Energy performance of LR-FHSS: analysis and evaluationLong-range frequency hopping spread spectrum (LR-FHSS) is a pivotal advancement in the LoRaWAN protocol that is designed to enhance the network's capacity and robustness, particularly in densely populated environments. Although energy consumption is paramount in LoRaWAN-based end devices, {this is the first study} in the literature, to our knowledge, that models the impact of this novel mechanism on energy consumption. In this article, we provide a comprehensive energy consumption analytical model of LR-FHSS, focusing on three critical metrics: average current consumption, battery lifetime, and energy efficiency of data transmission. The model is based on measurements performed on real hardware in a fully operational LR-FHSS network. While in our evaluation, LR-FHSS can show worse consumption figures than LoRa, we find that with optimal configuration, the battery lifetime of LR-FHSS end devices can reach 2.5 years for a 50 min notification period. For the most energy-efficient payload size, this lifespan can be extended to a theoretical maximum of up to 16 years with a one-day notification interval using a cell-coin battery.

Blended Latent Diffusion under Attention Control for Real-World Video EditingDue to lack of fully publicly available text-to-video models, current video editing methods tend to build on pre-trained text-to-image generation models, however, they still face grand challenges in dealing with the local editing of video with temporal information. First, although existing methods attempt to focus on local area editing by a pre-defined mask, the preservation of the outside-area background is non-ideal due to the spatially entire generation of each frame. In addition, specially providing a mask by user is an additional costly undertaking, so an autonomous masking strategy integrated into the editing process is desirable. Last but not least, image-level pretrained model hasn't learned temporal information across frames of a video which is vital for expressing the motion and dynamics. In this paper, we propose to adapt a image-level blended latent diffusion model to perform local video editing tasks. Specifically, we leverage DDIM inversion to acquire the latents as background latents instead of the randomly noised ones to better preserve the background information of the input video. We further introduce an autonomous mask manufacture mechanism derived from cross-attention maps in diffusion steps. Finally, we enhance the temporal consistency across video frames by transforming the self-attention blocks of U-Net into temporal-spatial blocks. Through extensive experiments, our proposed approach demonstrates effectiveness in different real-world video editing tasks.

STAR RATED PREPRINT 美国超重-星舰首飞分析及对中国航天产业发展启示与建议重复使用运载器研制是航天发展的不懈追求,美国太空探索技术公司两级完全重复使用运载器“超重-星舰”实现首次发射,发射阶段圆满,后续飞行失控后执行自毁程序。本文介绍了超重-星舰的首飞情况与方案演进,根据超重-星舰总体方案反演分析其应用模式,梳理了超重-星舰的核心关键技术,总结了超重-星舰对航天产业的影响,最后给出了超重-星舰对中国航天发展的启示与建议。

科研数据管理系统中增值服务调查研究【目的/意义】通过问卷调查了科研用户对于 RDM 增值服务的需求,分析了不同类型用户科研需求与RDM 增值服务之间的关系,并在此基础上建立了融合用户需求的科研数据增值服务模型,以优化RDM 系统功能设计,提升系统的感知能力。【方法/过程】对科研数据管理(RDM)、增值服务等概念进行了理论梳理之后,在实践层面展开对现有RDM 系统的增值服务调查研究。具体为:调查国内外最新RDM 系统平台中增值服务的发展现状,对已经开展RDM 增值服务的系统与平台中用户类型、使用意愿及其科研需求进行调研,探究科研用户需求与RDM 系统增值服务之间的定性关系并建立模型。【结果/结论】为开展针对不同用户、不同学科、不同资源种类的个性化科研数据增值服务,提供数据支持与优化建议。

需求-技术-治理联合驱动的合作电子商务能力形成机制研究增强企业间的电子商务合作是传统企业获取成功的关键之一。然而,当前研究缺乏从技术和商务整合的角度思考提升电子商务合作能力的路径。基于技术推动和需求拉动理论、企业 间治理视角,本研究从技术和商务整合视角建立数字交互技术、合作商务需求、正式治理和关系 治理等对合作电子商务能力的形成模型。通过在我国传统服务和制造行业收集得到的 209 份有效数据,研究采用 OLS 回归分析对合作电子商务能力的直接驱动机制,正式治理和关系治理的调节作用进行了验证。结果发现: ( 1) 数字交互技术对流程整合能力和知识整合能力起到了正向作用; ( 2) 需求和技术互补性对流程整合能力起到了正向作用; ( 3) 正式治理和关系治理在数字交互技术对流程整合能力的作用过程中起到了差异化调节作用; ( 4) 关系治理在需求-技术互补性对知识整合能力的作用过程中起到了负向调节作用。本研究从技术和商务整合的角 度扩展了合作电子商务能力的前因理论,并对传统企业如何有效构建合作电子商务能力提供了 具体建议。

移动环境下融合情境信息的群组推荐模型研究 ——基于用户 APP 行为数据的实证分析为了提高群组推荐模型中推荐结果的准确度问题,本文研究并提出了一种融合情境信息的群组推荐模型。首先,获取用户行为情境数据,同时发掘提取单个用户行为的偏好;其次,计算单个用户行为相似度,进行群组聚类发现;然后,融入情境信息挖掘群组行为特征,并构建群组行为偏好特征向量,最后结合协同推荐思想, 将群组作为整体,和其他群组对项目的历史评分进行协同,形成预测评分。在实验中,我们通过分析用户的操作流,提取了主题序列特征,然后融入了经典情境信息,得出推荐结果。结果表明,使用该模型得出的排序靠前(6 位)的推荐结果较之传统(非情境)的群组推荐方法具有更高的准确性。因此,该模型更适用于移动环境下的群组推荐。
