Explore the worldwide dog research conmmunity a variety of data services

iDog, an integrated resource for domestic dog (Canis lupus familiaris) and wild canids, provides the worldwide dog research community a variety of data services. In this version, we use UU_Cfam_GSD_1.0 (CanFam4) as reference genome, and provides comprehensive annotation and analysis of multi-omics data. The resource includes Genes, Genomes, Genomic Variants, Gene Expression, Single Cell Transcriptome, Epigenomes, Homologous Genes. Additionally, Breed/Disease Traits, Dog-Human Associated Diseases, BioProject, BioSample and Literatures were also included. Furthermore, iDog offers online tools for genomic data visualization and various analyses. Licenses iDog is free for academic use only. For any commercial use, please contact us for commercial licensing terms.
