Findings 影像学发现

There is a convex, broad-based soft tissue opacity dorsal to the second and third sternebrae. There is a mild bronchointerstitial pattern throughout the lungs. The pleural space and musculoskeletal structures are normal. Within the abdomen, the stomach wall has an irregular contour with the suggestion of multifocal thickening. There is poor peritoneal detail with a mottled appearance. The cardiovascular structures are normal.

在第2和第3胸骨的背侧，有一个双凸面形的、宽基部的软组织不透明度肿物。

全肺可见轻度支气管间质型。

胸膜腔间隙和肌肉骨骼结构正常。

腹部可以观察到，胃壁的轮廓不规则，提示多灶性增厚。

Differential Diagnosis 鉴别诊断

Sternal lymphadenopathy secondary to abdominal disease (reactive, neopastic)

Probable gastric masses (neoplasia, granulomatous)

Peritoneal effusion (transudate, exudate, hemorrhage, neoplasia)

Bronchointerstitial pattern is nonspecific (infectious or noninfectious inflammatory, neoplastic)

继发于腹部疾病的胸骨淋巴结病（反应性、肿瘤性）

可能存在胃部肿物（肿瘤，肉芽肿性）

腹腔积液（漏出液、渗出液、出血、肿瘤)

支气管间质型是非特异性的（感染性或非感染性炎症性、肿瘤性）

Diagnosis 诊断

Large cell granular T-cell lymphoma

On ultrasound examination, multiple masses were identified in the gastric wall, kidney, spleen, and ureter with moderate peritoneal effusion. Necropsy revealed disseminated T-cell lymphoma. The gastric lesions were associated with ulceration, likely causing the vomiting.

大细胞颗粒性T细胞淋巴瘤

超声检查发现胃壁、肾脏、脾脏和输尿管多发性肿物，伴有中等量的腹腔积液。

尸检显示播散性T细胞淋巴瘤。

胃部病变与溃疡相关，可能是导致呕吐的病因。
