首先，说明我是在VS2019安装

安装pytorch遇到问题，看图

以上报错是按照链接1中的方式安装出现error1，尝试了多次依然无用，并且出现了下面的报错：

解决方法

直接找pytorch官网link:如图：

按照你所需选择合适的方法，我用的pip下载，直接在vs的powershell中输入上述图中的命令即可。

注意！！中间可能在下载时出现“Read timed out.”的错误，解决方法

pip --default-timeout=100 install -U Pillow 1

然后接着下载即可
